What we look for in a panel member

We vet every manufacturer before they join. This is what the assessment covers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years UK trading history — we do not work with start-ups or newly launched operators
  • UK-based business with a registered company number and a physical trading address
  • In-home assessment service — we only introduce manufacturers who will visit the customer's home before selling
  • Positive customer recommendation history — independently verifiable from Trustpilot, Google, or equivalent
  • Clear after-sales and warranty process — customers must know what happens if something goes wrong

Ongoing obligations

  • Prompt lead response — we expect contact with the customer within 48 hours of an enquiry being sent
  • Honest pricing — quoted prices must not change materially between the assessment visit and invoice
  • VAT relief processing — qualifying customers must be offered zero-rated VAT as standard, not on request
  • Complaint resolution — any complaint raised via our service must be acknowledged and addressed within 5 working days
  • Annual re-assessment — panel membership is reviewed annually; continued inclusion is not guaranteed

Common questions about joining

There is no joining fee and no monthly retainer. We operate on a referral basis — we earn a fee when a lead we send you results in a confirmed sale. If you don't sell, we don't earn. Our incentive is entirely aligned with sending you quality leads.
This depends on your postcode coverage areas and the chair types you offer. We will give you a realistic estimate during the assessment call based on current enquiry volumes in your regions. We would rather set accurate expectations than oversell.
No. If a lead falls outside your current capacity or coverage area, let us know and we will route it elsewhere. What we do ask is that you respond within 48 hours if you are accepting the lead — silence and late responses reflect poorly on the customer experience we have promised.
Referral fee terms are agreed during onboarding and depend on your average order value and product range. We will go through this in full during our initial call. There are no hidden charges and nothing changes after you go live without your knowledge.
Yes. There is no long-term lock-in. You can pause or exit the panel with 30 days' notice. We would rather maintain a working relationship with manufacturers who want to be here than hold anyone to a contract that is not serving them.
