Absolutely thrilled with my chair. Everything I wanted in a chair. The salesman was brilliant. Chair only took a few weeks being delivered.

Oak Tree Mobility. Problems started very early after purchase. Managers refused to talk to customer, they hid behind telephone staff, and blamed the customer for the faults. Steer well clear in my opinion.

I am very pleased with the two chairs. Good quality. Friendly helpful people especially Charlie Wall the owner and MD.

A bad buy on my behalf, very hard and uncomfortable. In fact it is too uncomfortable to use. The chair doesn’t fit me. all the contours are in the wrong place, I didn’t realise how important it was to have the right size chair.

The chair is fine. Problem in so much as one of the side lumber cushions was not filled enough so it when flat when sitting in the chair. Having problems getting the company of Careco to get someone out to rectify the problem. Not very good after sales service.

Service in store is great. Ordering online is easy and quick delivery. This is where the service falls apart, delivery is carried out by contractors. Who apparently are the professionals who will put assemble your chair and give a demonstration. Wrong … first obstacle the box is to big to go through your door. You haven’t paid for the upgraded service £60.00 to slot the top of the chair into the base. Delivery service were totally unwilling to help and said it required extra service. On and on
