My knees were really bad before I bought the chair. Now hardly any problems. . A lot of the other providers were asking silly money. The most expensive is not necessarily the best

All round exellence, the only stumbling block was the price. I aapreciated the craft work put into the chair and its quality but it was too expensive for me. An idea of price might have helped over the phone.
